A 30-minute weight loss consultation with Amber Wray NP includes a thorough medical evaluation and physical exam, allowing her to develop a personalized treatment plan based on your records, measurements, and weight. Choose between virtual or in-person options. $50 consultation fee goes towards service. If you decide not to move forward with the service it will go towards the time and expertise received during your consultation.
